The only thing I was able to find for this, should anyone else run into
this problem, is to make the chart more narrow compared to its height.
I had been hoping for a way to explicitly control the pie radius, but I
just can't seem to find that.
Why?
The callout lines have a little tick mark at the end of them that points toward the middle of the circle. If they happen to fall near the bottom or the top of the chart, they force the pie area to be smaller. But if you make the whole chart more narrow, the size of the pie becomes limited by the sides, instead of the top and bottom. Since you CAN limit the length of the callout labels, you can control the distance between circle and the side edge of the chart, and thus ensure that the circle always has the same radius.

결론은 비율이 맞지 않음 -_-; 위 글을 보아하니 원 밖에 영역에 Label 같은 놈들이 영역을 차지하고 있어 그런거 같은데.. 아놔....
